Ha ha, this is a great blog post about all the crap women in customer service positions have to deal with. Of course there are tons of troglodytes in the comments, but I saw teague in there, telling it like it is in the hotel industry.

I am SO GRATEFUL I'm in a position now where I can refuse service to creeps without having to go through a manager.

Best Western is SO useless at resolving HR problems, I've called corp. HQ 3 times over the last week asking for help, but they all give the same "we don't get involved in these issues, each property is individually owned and operated..."
